Our Parental Leave Policy

Supporting Families On and Off the Pool Deck: Our New Parental Leave Policy

At Paul Sadler Swimland, our focus has always been about creating a safe, supportive, and family-focused environment. Whether it’s teaching children life-saving swimming skills or fostering a strong community for families, we believe in putting people first. This commitment doesn’t stop with our students—it extends to our incredible team who work tirelessly to deliver the best experience for every swimmer.
To further support our team, we’re thrilled to announce the launch of our new Parental Leave Policy, an initiative designed to provide greater support for our team as they grow their families.

Why This Policy Matters

Behind every swimming lesson, smile, and milestone, there’s a dedicated teacher, coach, or team member who makes it happen. We know the importance of family, and we believe that our team members should feel supported as they navigate one of the most significant journeys of their lives—parenthood.

This policy is a reflection of; our values, to ensure our staff have the time and resources they need to focus on their families during these critical moments and; our mission – where we are always striving to provide our amazing team with ‘A Great Place to Work!’

Further to that, it lines up really well with our vision, where ‘Being the most trusted and loved place to learn to swim and survive’, starts with being trusted and loved by our teams!

A Stronger Team Means Better Lessons

By investing in our team’s well-being, we’re also investing in the quality of our swim lessons. A supported, happy team translates to better, more focused teaching for your children. It’s a win-win for everyone involved, and we’re proud to be leading the way in creating a workplace culture that values family as much as we do.
